Discovery Call
In your discovery call, you will meet with a chaplain to learn more about our services, team, and our personalized approach to your care. Once you sign up for a discovery call, we will send you an email reminder with an assessment survey and starter video so we can make the most of our time together. We will create a tailored plan for you, but ultimately you decide what is best for you. You may also book individual sessions without a discovery call.

Individual Sessions
Focused appointments are shorter and usually more frequent. These work well for busy individuals, those who want to get straight to the point, or those who like to have shorter conversations. These also work well for established clients who have an acute crisis come up and would like more frequent sessions.

Extended appointments are longer and usually less frequent. These work well for people who like to set aside time to have a more in-depth conversation. These appointments are especially suited for those who like to share their full story and these appointments can be very good for those who want more time to process in between each session.

Continuous Groups

Our continuous groups meet twice a month without a defined end. These groups are faith, disease, or discipline specific. You may decide to pay per group or sign up for a discounted subscription.
6 Week Groups
90 Minutes

Our 6 week group sessions meet on a weekly basis and are geared toward acute issues such as bullying, job loss, divorce, new diagnosis. These groups can be a wonderful way for you to get support from those who are going through something similar and sometimes can transition into a continuous group.

Most of our groups have started because a current client has requested the group, so please make sure to fill out our group request form if you have an idea for a group that is not currently offered.
