Ongoing Groups

    Advanced Cancer Catholic Group

    In this group you will meet other Catholic people who have advanced cancer. We will take time to introduce ourselves, update the group each session, ask questions and offer mutual support, and at the close of the group, the chaplain will offer prayer for each person in the group.

    Advanced Cancer Christian Group

    In this group you will meet other Christians who have advanced cancer. We will take time to introduce ourselves, update the group each session, ask questions and offer mutual support, and at the close of the group. At the close of the group, we will take time to pray for one another. You can offer prayer or stay silent during prayer. Both are accepted.

    Spiritualist Cancer Group

    In this group you will meet other people who have cancer and are spiritualists. This is a wonderful group for people who are or who visit mediums, psychics, tarot card, reiki practicioners, aromatherapy, crystal and dream work and the like. We will begin and end with a short meditation, then take time to introduce ourselves, update the group each session, ask questions and offer mutual support.

6-Week Groups

    Seasoned Chaplain Support Group

    In this weekly, six-week group you will meet other chaplains who regularly face trauma and loss in their work. This group is for Chaplains who have been working for 10+ years as a chaplain. We will take time to tell our story, share updates, and offer mutual support.

    Advanced Chaplain Support Group

    In this weekly, six-week group you will meet other chaplains who regularly face trauma and loss in their work. This group is for Chaplains who have been working for 3-9 years as a chaplain. We will take time to tell our story, share updates, and offer mutual support.

    New Chaplain Support Group

    In this weekly, six-week group you will meet other chaplains who regularly face trauma and loss in their work. This group is for Chaplains who have been working for 1 day -2 years as a staff chaplain. Please note that this is not a group for chaplain students. Participants must be currently working as a staff chaplain. We will take time to tell our story, share updates, and offer mutual support.
